With the opening of the new headquarters of the P4Q Group in Alonsotegi, Suntrack Services has inaugurated its new showroom for the Suntrack solar tracking control systems.
Suntrack Services has taken a big step by opening this space, which will allow both employees and customers to get up close with all the TCU, RSU, and NCU models that the company has been developing since 2006, up to the latest model patented by the company in 2020.
“The new showroom allows us to showcase and provide specialized training to customers and our technicians on the operation of each device, its features, and how Suntrack Services can help them with O&M services,” says Jose Luis Blanco, After Sales Manager.
The P4Q Group aims for this space to be a tool for continuous innovation and learning.
New headquarters, latest technology
The showroom is thus added to the list of spaces in its new 4,500 m2 headquarters in Alonsotegi, equipped with offices, an electronic components production plant, innovation laboratories, and its pioneering real-time device monitoring center. The latter allows verifying the operation of the controllers installed in the field anywhere in the world 24/7 and remotely addressing any incidents, as well as providing service users with information on different operating variables of the controls (tracker position, battery status, power consumption, etc.) and their different alarms in a fast and user-friendly way.
