Kinematics Go! integrates slew-drives, brushless motors, and the new Suntrack Go! controller into a single system delivering up to –30% CAPEX, +5% energy generation, and proven faster installation.
Kinematics, the global leader in solar tracking efficiency with more than 150 GW of installed capacity, 3 million actuators, and 1 million controllers deployed worldwide, today announces Kinematics Go!, a comprehensive energy production optimization system that integrates slew drives, brushless motors, and the new Suntrack Go! controller in a single, fully engineered solution. The official unveiling will take place at Intersolar Europe 2026, in Munich, Germany, on June 23rd.
A system designed to redefine solar tracker efficiency
Kinematics Go! is the result of a deliberate strategic evolution: moving from individual component supply toward high-value integrated systems that maximize energy generation while simultaneously reducing total cost of ownership. The system has been developed to address the three most critical levers for utility-scale PV project economics: CAPEX reduction, energy yield improvement, and installation speed.
Kinematics Go! delivers up to ‒30% CAPEX reduction versus conventional systems through an optimized bill of materials that eliminates U-bolts and pony panels, alongside a +5% increase in energy generation enabled by higher tracker availability and advanced algorithms for overcast and backtracking scenarios. Mechanical efficiency improves by up to 2x thanks to the combination of a brushless motor with the optimized ST5 slew drive, which reduces electrical power demand while delivering identical output. Installation cost is reduced by 10% and commissioning is proven faster through magnetic attachment, no fuse requirement, and a simplified field setup — all while targeting 100% tracker availability through improved battery performance.
Introducing Suntrack Go!: the controller at the heart of the system
At the core of Kinematics Go! is Suntrack Go!, the next generation of the Tracker Control Unit (TCU) developed entirely in-house by Suntrack, Kinematics’ specialist brand and pioneer in solar tracker controllers with over 1,000,000 units deployed globally across more than 4,000 PV sites.
Suntrack Go! has been engineered following two years of intensive research, market analysis, and active customer feedback collection. The platform has been designed specifically for high-growth solar markets including India, China, and the Middle East, where installation speed, cost efficiency, and operational reliability are mission-critical.
“With Kinematics Go!, we go beyond component supply and deliver a fully optimized system where every element — drive, motor, and controller — has been co-engineered to extract the maximum from each solar asset,” the company said. “Suntrack Go! sets a new efficiency standard for PV solar trackers, and its launch marks a key milestone in Kinematics’ global strategy.”
A global launch spanning four continents
Kinematics is organizing an unprecedented global rollout for Kinematics Go! and Suntrack Go!, spanning a world tour from Shanghai through Germany, Brazil, the United States, and India. The official unveiling will take place at Intersolar Europe 2026 in Munich on June 23rd, where Suntrack’s CTO Txema Fernández will present all technical details of the new platform.
